The Little Miss and Mister contest is open to children ages 5 to 7. Voting will be online and in person at OCSB Gosport, Millie McGees and Value Market. Voting will take place Saturday, August 1 through Friday,  August 7. Winners must be available to attend the opening ceremonies on Thursday, August 13th  at 6:00pm and must also be available to ride in the parade on Saturday, August 15th at 1pm, arriving to the elementary school by 12:30 to be placed in the parade lineup. 

Winners of the contest will be notified prior to the opening ceremonies of the festival. 

Little Miss Candidates

Stella Duncan

 Stella loves to be outside riding her quad or in the woods with her dad. She loves turkey hunting, playing with her brothers, and spending time with Mamaw.

 
   Leira Skaggs

Leira ja the sweetest little girl who loves to help in any way that she can. She loves helping people so much that when she grows up she wants to be a firefighter. She has a huge love for drawing and art. Her favorite thibg to do is cheer. Whether she is cheeribg in her school’s mini cheer or cheering in her competition team, thisgirl just loves being a cheerleader. 

   Nevaeh Miller 

Nevaeh is 6 years old. She loves gymnastics and recently placed on bars and floor at the national competition in Orlando, Florida. Whrn she’s not doing gymnastics, she enjoys doing crafts/painting, riding her bike and scooter, and dancing to songs on Alexa. Nevaeh is very loving, funny, smart, and energetic. She lights up every room she enters. 

Chloe Fauber

Chloe enjoys taking care of her pets, spending time with her cousns, doing her older sister’s make-up, shopping, and going to the movies.  She is thoughtful and kind. She loves beingat church and helping her family.

Haven  Skaggs

Haven is a very sweet little boy who loves helping his mama, and he is turning into such a young little gentleman. He opens and closess  his mama’s car door and helps his mama in any way that he can. he has found his love for basketball and cant wait to play again..  He also loves playing Minecraft and he says that he wants to be a gamer when he grows uo.  

 Knox Truesdel 

Meet Knox!  He is  7 years old and a proud 2nd grader with a big personality and an even bigger heart. He stays busy playing baseball and wrestling ,  but his happiest place is at the beach. His family jokes that he is part fish because he’d stay in the water all day if he could. Knox is completely fascinated by sharks and marine life, and his favorite color is orange. When he’s not on the field or in the water, he loves reading, making crafts, exploring outdoors, and spending time with his cats. Although his cats are spoiled with love, Knox is determined tha an axolotyl isthe one pet his family still needs.
