Specialty Food & Drink Vendor Application

The cost is a flat fee of $150.00 for 3 days. A $25.00 late fee will be added if not received by July 1, 2025.

Set up time begins Thursday, August 7th at noon. Official vendor opening is Thursday, August 7th at 5:00 pm so please plan accordingly. Hours of operation are 5:00 pm-8:00 pm on Thursday, 5:00 pm-9:00 pm on Friday; 11:00 am-9:00 pm on Saturday. We ask that you don't close early as it could potentially hurt other vendor sales. Vendors will supply their own tables and chairs if desired, and must always keep their area clean. Please be courteous to the vendors around you and keep a professional attitude. All vendors are expected to be family-friendly, as well as courteous to patrons, other vendors, and committee members. The Lazy Days Committee or their volunteers reserve the right to ask for removal of any items, or persons, they deem inappropriate. We will do our best to accommodate those that need electricity, but it is not guaranteed.

By checking this box, I agree not to hold the Town of Gosport or the Lazy Days Committee or the volunteers responsible for any accidents, theft, or damages that may occur to my booth, my sales items, myself, or my helpers during my participation in the 2025 Gosport Lazy Days Festival. I also agree that any fees paid by me are non-refundable except if the festival is cancelled by the Town of Gosport. I take full responsibility for myself and any of my booth helpers if I choose to remain open if weather conditions become severe.
